Those documents set out the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, and any other project-specific commitments. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

Website content, mood boards, moodfilms, and reference material are provided for illustration and inspiration and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer.

5. Enquiries and quotations

Quotes, timelines, and creative directions shared over email or in decks are indicative unless confirmed in a signed agreement. BBJ reserves the right to revise or withdraw a proposal before signature.

6. Third-party content and links

The Website may reference third-party content or link to external websites, including our social media profiles, partner platforms, and video hosting. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and risk.

7. No warranty
